30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Here at TheLuckyShops we offer a 30-day money back guarantee because we value our customers and want to serve them to the best of our abilities. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and if for any reason you are not you have 30 days to contact us at support@luckyshops.com to send your item back. Please note that we will charge a 25% restocking fee on any items returned without a valid reason or outside of the 30 day window. 

To Request a Return:

1. Email support@luckyshops.com with "Return Request" in the subject line

2. Lucky Shops Will Send a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number

3. Ship Return to Address Below With The RMA listed in the c/o Field.

Damaged items 

In addition to our 30 day return policy we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on any damaged items. We do not expect our products to arrive broken because we value good shipping to ensure your product arrives in one piece. But if for any reason your product arrives broken (not the box the actual product) you can send us an email at support@luckyshops.com with a picture of the damaged product and we will exchange your broken item for a good one. Please note that you must email us within 48 hours of delivery for a new item.
